Malasimbo Spa

Overlooking the inspiring majestic Mount Malasimbo of Oriental Mindoro, our 300 square meter spa features the first and only fish spa in Puerto Galera, male and female treatment rooms with sauna, hydrojet Jacuzzi, bathtub, shower rooms, and a separate treatment room exclusively for spa mani-pedi and foot therapy.

The spa menu has been created to pay homage to the local culture. We take inspiration from the ethnic Mangyan tribes of Mindoro, their knowledge of native plants and healing wisdom, hence, products used in the spa are 100% natural, made of Philippine premium virgin coconut oil blended with therapeutic grade essential oils and other potent Philippine botanicals. It is the only resort spa in Oriental Mindoro to offer such an experience. Each treatment has a holistic therapeutic benefit with the combination of natural products, aromatherapy, and massage techniques.

  • Advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure availability
  • We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment time in order to start the relaxation process. Please give 4 hours’ cancellation notice on treatments otherwise 50% of the price shall be charged to your account. In the event you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will accommodate you to the best of our abilities, but your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled
  • The spa is regarded as a calm and peaceful environment. We ask that all guests respect the spa as a “quiet zone”. All electronic equipment should be turned off and left in your suite or villa.
  • We recommend that you leave all jewelry in the safe of your villa before coming to the spa
  • Smoking is not permitted in the Spa
  • Guests who have existing medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, who are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to notify the Spa reception doctor before signing up for any treatments
