When you send an inquiry we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, preferred dates, party size and message. Our servers also record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it
Inquiry details are used solely to respond to your request and to prepare a reservation. Inquiry records are anonymized 24 months after submission. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except our booking engine provider when you choose to book online.
